Happy Thursday! This post is for everyone that has asked about these 3 serums..I introduce: the night serum breakdown!

💗 Drunk Elephant TLC Framboos, Glycolic night serum: —I am a genuine fan of DE, purely because they will only include ingredients in their products that will directly benefit your skin. This serum has a clear gel-like texture with no fragrance. I use one pump and it glides easily onto the skin. This serum takes only a few seconds to absorb. I feel the slightest tingle for a couple seconds. I love being able to mix this with moisturizers or marula oil without worrying about messing with the effectiveness of the acids. This serum takes care of any incoming blemishes or texture overnight. 🌟 Farmacy Honeymoon Glow, AHA resurfacing night serum: —I’m so happy I gave this serum a go. I get an insane glow the morning after using this. This serum has a yellow color to it and a faint honey smell. I use about two full pumps of this serum (so I could run out quickly) because I find my skin drinks this up immediately. Two pumps covers my entire (small) face in a thin layer and as I begin to rub into the skin it starts a mild tingle. It tingles for maybe 2-3 mins. Very hydrating serum with no moisturizer required after my serum step! I wake up to a bright and glowy complexion. Sometimes this serum leaves my face with a little redness after application. 🌱 Sunday Riley Good Genes, all-in-one Lactic acid treatment: —This product not only introduced me to acids and chemical exfoliation, but opened up the entire skincare world. This product (out of the 3) definitely gives me the most intense tingle. I need a solid 1.5 pumps to cover my face, it smooths on very easily but has a thick milky cream texture with a strong lemon scent. I feel that this sits on top of the skin and feels decently heavy. GG takes maybe 15-20 mins to start to feel like it’s sinking in. It begins to tingle about 5 mins after applying to an itchy and tight sensation. This serum also leaves an intense pearlescent shine that almost makes my skin look greasy (very different than dewy). GG does include some sensitizing ingredients (silicones) causing clogged pores (for me). *Overall, I don’t use good genes in my current rotation due to the heaviness, greasiness, and sensitizing ingredients, also the most expensive so I do not see myself repurchasing. I like to use honeymoon glow about 2 times a week and love the glow I get from that but probably will not repurchase due to small amount that you get not lasting for very long (even though it’s the cheapest). I primarily stick with DE TLC Framboos to keep my acne away and get rid of all of my PIH and texture. This is one of the more expensive acid serums out there but for me it gives results that are worth it. As always, feel free to ask any questions you may have! Hope you enjoyed this mini breakdown💕
