VO Beauty Manuka Glow Mask:

I have been wanting to share this beauty with you all for awhile but wanted to save it for a big #texturetuesday post for me to really show off all of its honey goodness. I have had the pleasure of working with Diana over at VO Beauty these past few weeks. She has been an esthetician for over 10 years and was determined to start her own skincare line featuring all natural ingredients. Her lovely brand is cruelty-free as well as free of paraben, synthetic fragrances, sulphates, & harmful preservatives! The first product I got the pleasure of trying was her Manuka Glow Antioxidant Mud Mask. Diana did not hold me to any posting agreement terms or anything, if that helps you distinguish just how sincere this post is. But, as always my opinions are my own on gifted items. She sent over this lovely mask for me to test out, and I was blown away.

Manuka Glow is specifically made with acne-prone skin in mind (ME) and is to help renew, cleanse, and soften the skin. The key ingredients in this gem are Manuka honey, propolis, and rhassoul clay. Each key ingredient really packs a punch with the results. Manuka honey helps to reduce redness, heal congested and inflamed skin, and it helps to retain moisture giving you a hydrated and dewy complexion. The propolis helps to rejuvenate and soothe the skin while the rhassoul clay helps to nourish the skin. Rhassoul clay has the unique ability to absorb excess dirt and oil while gently extracting impurities.

I have been loving this mask on days that my skin needs a gentle reboot. I work in a hospital with some of the driest air you can find. The air quickly dehydrates my skin during the day and that usually leaves me with red irritated skin. All the dry skin cells of course build up and clog my pores so I have a mess to deal with. This multitasking mask comes to my rescue. It gently brightens, decongest my pores, and hydrates so well! I’m always left with a clean dewy complexion without any weird film leftover. Bonus for me: this mask doesn’t dry down like your typical clay mask!
